Mommy, I think my heart is changing to Miley shape.

BigZabba says,
She obeys
She potties
She barely bites.
Looks like we’re starting to get a super puppy!

To Mommy,I love you. You are nice. I am glad that you are my mommy. You are the most funnest mom ever. I’m glad that you are in our house. I don’t know how to say it but I love you so much. It’s hard to explain such a happy feeling. I really love you. I love you as big as the earth. You are really sweet and you are a fun mommy. You are good at teaching me things like learning and math. It’s so hard to say how much I love you. I love you really a whole bunch. How much do you love me?Love,BigZabba

BigZabba was thrilled with her Christmas gift. She has wanted a pet for, well forever. It is going to be a fun, and exciting few weeks around here as we try to adjust to life as a family of 5. Let the house training begin!

Merry Christmas!

I was looking through some old videos today, and these just cracked me up.
Enjoy!

Sent from BigZabba to her Daddy.
I love you daddy with all my heart. You are the best dad ever. I am glad you are always with me. I don’t know how to say the amount I love you. I just love you so much. Always I really want to be with you. I am glad you are my daddy. You are so fun to be with all the time. I am glad you are the best daddy. I love you so much!!
Love,
BigZabbap.s. I love you a lot.

BigZabba says, “My throat hurts when I swallow.”
LittleZabba, who is wise beyond her years says,
Don’t swallow then.
LittleZabba is at the age where she wants to be independent.
I don’t want BigZabba to help me. I can do it all by myself because I have hands.
I love listening to their conversations in the car.
LittleZabba - Why do we have teeth BigZabba?
BigZabba - So we can crunch stuff up.
LZ - Why do we have hands?
BZ - So we can pick up Jelly Bellies.
Of course! Why else would we have hands?!

I cannot believe that BigZabba is now 6 years old. How fast the years have gone by. Her day began with a donut for breakfast, then followed with…receiving the citizenship award at school, playtime with her friends, a game of bowling (complete with a bowling pin from the alley signed by her friends), her dinner of choice (mac & cheese, fruit salad, orange juice & strawberry cake), gifts, a Barbie movie, and concluded with 5 of her friends attemping to sleep in her room. It has been a full day.
My parents always said that once I had my own children I would understand how fast time passes. I am starting to understand that. The past 6 years have just disappeared. I can so vividly remember the day she was born, her 1st birthday, the first day of school…it all passes so fast. BZ has grown into such a lovely girl. I am so proud of her. She is developing into a person of character. She has such a sensitive heart. She is kind, generous, and even a bit ornrey at times. I love her with every fiber of my being.
Happy Birthday sweet girl! Have a happy 6th birthday.

We have been having a nice vacation. During a fever free time yesterday we got outside and played in the snow. We threw snowballs, did some sledding, and even did a little slipping on the ice.
After sledding everyone had a nice rest time. When the girls got up, guess what…they both had a fever again! For the rest of the afternoon we sat on the couch, cuddled in the blankets, played Webkinz and watched I Love Lucy. It is amazing what a little TLC and some Webkinz will do for your attitude.
As apart of this trip we are celebrating BigZabba’s birthday. One of her favorite things to do is visit the zoo. We spent some time this morning walking around Moonridge Zoo. BigZabba’s favorite animal at the zoo today was the chinchilla, and the screech owl. LittleZabba’s favorite animal at the zoo was the mule deer.
The bald eagle was very impressive.
The screech owls were really cute. They almost didn’t look real.
BigZabba is quite the photographer. She must get her eye from her Dad.
It was nearly snack time and LittleZabba was getting cranky. Time to go.
